Prepared by our top-of-the-line USDA certified butcher. This usually feeds a family of 4 for a whole year and takes up about a whole chest freezer (freezer size 35 cubic ft). Beef is priced at $8/lb. Prices vary because each animal is a different size when it is ready to be processed. The higher the price, the more beef you are getting. In this Whole, you will get about 640lbs.
