About
Who are we?
In 1995, Kym wanted to move his family toward a more self-sufficient food supply by purchasing just one cow. Since then, he and his family have been able to grow the herd to the point of being able to provide the same food confidence to others. Serving throughout the Wasatch front and into Southern Idaho. The Fosters are excited to be able to bring this fresh beef straight from the farm to your table.
Why Wagyu?
Wagyu beef, originating from Japan, is renowned for its exceptional quality and flavor. This unique breed of cattle was initially bred as draft animals for agricultural purposes, selected for their remarkable physical endurance. The breeding process favored animals with a higher concentration of intra-muscular fat cells, commonly referred to as 'marbling.' This marbling not only enhances the flavor but also provides a readily available energy source, making Wagyu beef a culinary delight.
The distinct characteristics of these animals contribute to the rich and varied flavors of the beef they produce. The meticulous care and attention given to raising Wagyu cattle ensure that they develop the unique taste and tenderness that sets Wagyu beef apart from other types of beef.
The unparalleled eating experience offered by highly marbled Wagyu beef has made it a favorite among gourmet cooks, fine dining establishments, and home chefs alike. Its buttery texture and rich flavor profile elevate any dish, making it a sought-after ingredient in kitchens across the United States.
As the popularity of Wagyu beef continues to grow, it is becoming increasingly accessible to those who appreciate high-quality ingredients. Whether you are preparing a special meal for family and friends or looking to impress guests at a dinner party, incorporating Wagyu beef into your culinary repertoire is sure to leave a lasting impression.
Experience the difference that Wagyu beef can make in your cooking and savor the rich flavors that come from this extraordinary breed. With its unique heritage and exceptional quality, Wagyu beef is more than just a meal; it is a celebration of culinary excellence.
