At $10/lb you will get a selection of these cuts:

Prepared by our top-of-the-line USDA certified butcher. This usually feeds a family of 4 for 3 months and takes up about 1/4 chest freezer (freezer size 35 cubic ft). Beef is priced at $10/lb. Prices vary because each animal is a different size when it is ready to be processed. The higher the price, the more beef you are getting.
