Prepared by our top-of-the-line USDA certified butcher. This usually feeds a family of 4 for half the year and takes up about half a chest freezer (freezer size 35 cubic ft). Beef is priced at $8.50/lb. Prices vary because each animal is a different size when it is ready to be processed. The higher the price, the more beef you are getting. In this Half, you will get about 300lbs.
