Quarter Cow Deposit

Experience the rich, flavorful taste of fresh wagyu beef by purchasing a Quarter Cow. Purchasing this deposit will secure your spot on our waitlist for a quarter of the next available wagyu cow. Each animal is different, but usually a quarter cow gives you around 225 - 275 lbs at $8/lb (Estimated Total: $1,800 - $2,200). Please note, this is the unprocessed weight. This usually feeds a family of 4 for 3 months and takes up about a quarter of a chest freezer (freezer size 35 cubic ft).

When the beef is ready, we will contact you to work out the details of delivery. At which point the remaining payment will be due. The deposit will go towards your total.
