Quarter Cow Deposit

Experience the rich, flavorful taste of fresh wagyu meat by purchasing a Quarter Cow. Purchasing this deposit will secure your spot on our waitlist for a quarter of the next available wagyu cow. You will be able to custom select the cuts that suit you and your family best by working with our top-of-the-line USDA certified butcher. Each animal is different, but usually a quarter cow gives you around 225 - 275 lbs of meat at $8/lb (Estimated Total: $1,800 - $2,200). Please note, this is the unprocessed weight. This usually feeds a family of 4 for 3 months and takes up about a quarter of a chest freezer.

When the meat is ready, we will contact you to work out the details of delivery. At which point the remaining payment will be due. The deposit will go towards your total.
