Half Cow Deposit

Experience the rich, flavorful taste of fresh wagyu beef by purchasing a Half Cow. Purchasing this deposit will secure your spot on our waitlist for half of the next available wagyu cow. Each animal is different, but usually a half cow gives you around 450 - 550 lbs at $8/lb (Estimated Total: $3,600 - $4,400). Please note, this is the unprocessed weight. This usually feeds a family of 4 for 6 months and takes up about half a chest freezer (freezer size 35 cubic ft).

When the beef is ready, we will contact you to work out the details of delivery. At which point the remaining payment will be due. The deposit will go towards your total.
